2015/2016 Commission Pricing

Medallion: $35

• Pricing does not include prepping *except artist resins* or shipping. Shipping will be included in your final order invoice which i sent once your piece is completed and ready to ship. If you default on your account (never pay off your final invoice) you forfeit your order and I reserve the right to sell your completed piece to recover my lost fees. In the event of this happening (it never has in 10 years) no money will be returned to you.
• I will not paint any body that has not been professionally prepped and primed in WHITE or GRAY. Do not send me pieces sprayed in Red, Tan or any other color of primer! If your model arrives damaged, needing more prepping or sprayed in a different color primer you will be immediately notified and an invoice for shipping will be sent to you. The model will then be returned to you and your order FORFEITED and offered to the next person in line. In the event this happens, your deposit will NOT be returned.
• Payment accepted in the form of Paypal only. I require a 50% deposit to book your slot. I will not hold a slot for you unless your deposit has been paid. All deposits are non refundable and non transferable.
• Remaining balance is due within 7 days from models completion. You'll be emailed several pictures of your completed piece as well as a final invoice which includes your shipping charges. That invoice MUST be paid within 7 days, no exceptions. If I have not received payment within 10 days your item will be sold to recover my lost fees and you forfeit your entire order. No money will be returned to you if this should happen and you will not be offered any further painting slots.
• All items ship via USPS Insured Priority Mail with tracking. I will not ship any other carriers or any other way. International clients are welcome, a $3.50 handling fee will be added to your final invoice to cover my travel, time and supplies needed to ship outside the USA and I will be marking your package as Merchandise, NOT a gift. Please do not ask!
• I am not liable for any item once it ships. Any claims or loss or damage will be done through the US Postal Service (i've NEVER has a problem, however I am thorough on my policies).
• Trades are accepted for items on my want list only. Model must be in mint out of box condition and come from a smoke free home. I must receive your model(s) at the same time as your body. Your slot is not booked until I have your end of the trade in hand.
• Bodies must be professionally prepped AND primed when they arrive to me, no exceptions. I hate prepping and it wastes valuable painting time. I will not paint any piece that hasn't been professionally prepped and primed, it will immediately be repackaged and an email with invoice attached will be sent to you. Return shipping is at your cost and in the event that I have to return your body because it is not prepped, you forfeit your deposit and your slot. Please do not waste my time or your money.
